Wind Down. Settle In. Wake Up Ready.

You already know what grounding is. You're not here for a science lesson.

You're here because you want to know if this one is any good.

So here it is, plainly. It's a flat sheet. 90% organic cotton, 10% conductive silver fiber, 200 thread count. You lay it over the bedding you already sleep on, snap on the cord, plug it into a grounded outlet, and get in bed. That's the whole routine.

It doesn't replace your sheets. It has no elastic corners. And it doesn't care how deep your mattress is.

Sleep on it for 60 nights. If you don't love how it feels, send it back.

Why You'll Love It

  • Lay-Over, Not Fitted — Place it on top of the bedding you already sleep on. No tucking, no elastic corners, no mattress depth limit. It works on your bed the way your bed already is.
  • Organic Cotton, Not Sandpaper — 90% organic cotton at 200 thread count, woven twill. This matters. Cheap grounding sheets are notorious for feeling scratchy. This one feels like a sheet.
  • Real Silver Fiber — 10% conductive silver thread woven through in a geometric grid. Not printed on. Not coated.
  • Sixty Seconds To Set Up — Lay it flat. Snap the cord. Plug it in. Get in bed.
  • Machine Washable — Gentle cycle, warm water. Cared for properly, the silver stays conductive.
  • Sixty Nights To Change Your Mind — Sleep on it for two months. If it's not for you, send it back.

Built To Keep Working

Here's what most grounding sheet companies won't tell you: the conductive thread is the part that fails.

Wash it with the wrong thing and the silver tarnishes. The sheet still looks fine. It just isn't conductive anymore. Most people never find out.

So we'd rather be straight with you about how to care for it.

Do this:

  • Machine wash or hand wash in warm water (40°C / 105°F)
  • Use a mild liquid laundry detergent
  • Wash every two to three weeks with daily use
  • Line dry, or tumble dry on low (up to 65°C / 150°F)
  • Iron on low heat if you want to. Organic cotton wrinkles. It won't hurt anything.
  • Unplug the cord before it goes in the machine

Never do this:

  • No bleach
  • No fabric softener, and no dryer sheets
  • No whitening or oxi detergents
  • No oil-based detergents (lavender, coconut, anything scented with oils)
  • No dry cleaning

Bleach, oils, and lotions tarnish silver thread. Fabric softener coats it. Both make it stop conducting.

One more thing nobody mentions: if you use body lotion, give it about an hour to absorb before you get into bed. Lotion on skin sits between you and the fabric.

Do all that and the silver stays silver.

How It Works

  1. Lay the sheet flat over your existing bedding.
  2. Snap the grounding cord onto the sheet's connector.
  3. Plug the other end into a grounded wall outlet.
  4. Relax into your normal sleep routine.

That's it. No app. No charging. Nothing to remember. You plug it in once and then it's just part of your bed.

Many people build grounding into a nightly wind-down routine. Individual experiences vary.

Safety & Setup

It's a fair question, so here's a straight answer.

  • The cord connects to the ground port of your outlet. It is not drawing power into the sheet.
  • Check that your outlet is actually grounded. Older homes often aren't wired for it, and an ungrounded outlet means the sheet isn't connected to anything. An inexpensive outlet tester from any hardware store will tell you in about three seconds. Worth doing before your first night.
  • Unplug during thunderstorms. Same precaution you'd take with anything else plugged into a wall.
  • If you have a pacemaker or another implanted device, or you take blood-thinning medication, talk to your doctor before using it.

Includes a three-prong US adapter. Not compatible with AU, EU, or UK outlets without a separate adapter.

Choose Your Size

Size Format Best For
26" x 52" Compact strip Single sleeper, upper body coverage
28" x 79" Standard strip Single sleeper, full body coverage
35" x 91" Long strip Taller sleepers, extra length
Twin (39" x 80") Twin footprint Twin beds, wider single-sleeper coverage
Queen (60" x 80") Queen footprint Queen beds, shared beds, maximum coverage

Sizing note: this is a flat lay-over sheet, not a fitted sheet. It has no elastic corners and does not stretch over your mattress. It lays flat on top of your existing bedding, which is why it fits any bed at any depth.

What This Is, And What It Isn't

It is a flat lay-over grounding sheet, 90% organic cotton and 10% silver fiber, that connects to the ground port of a properly grounded outlet.

It isn't a fitted sheet. It doesn't stretch over your mattress. It lays flat, on top.

It isn't a medical device, and we're not going to tell you what it will do for you. Grounding is something a lot of people build into a nightly wind-down. Whether you like how it feels is up to you.

Which is exactly why you get 60 nights to find out. We'd rather you send it back than keep something you don't love.
