At 19.7 inches across, this is a compact wedge rather than an oversized one. On a queen or king it takes one side instead of spreading across the middle. If you both sleep propped, two sit side by side. If it is just you, one goes under your back and the second under your legs.

Do I still use my normal pillow?
Yes. This holds your upper body. Your regular pillow still handles your head, on top of it.
Will it slide around on the bed?
The base has silicone grip points that hold onto a fitted sheet, and the base is wide and flat, so it does not need a headboard behind it.
Will it take over the bed?
